Our prayers and thoughts are with Rod, Garda and the Sommer family. May your mother enjoy everlasting peace.

I would like to extend my sympathy to Dwight and his whole family upon the passing of Maria. I had the pleasure of meeting Dwight when we sang together in the Walnut Hills Christian Church Choir. It was a surprise to learn that he was from Pandora, about seven miles from my hometown of Columbus Grove, Ohio! I then became acquainted with Maria, a beautiful and kind person with a great sense of humor. Dwight told me that she was an exciting person to be with. God bless you and give you peace
I never met Maria Sommer, however I did have Mr. Sommer for music at Elmwood Place. My deepest sympathies to him and the rest of the family. I remember Mr. Sommer fondly and send my love and sympathy to him.
Maria was a wonderful woman. I remember the first time I met her, I sat in her room and talked to her about her life. She had many stories to tell. She was such a nice person, and I loved to be around her. I grew close to her, and I will miss her very much. I felt as though she was part of my family while she was here at Summerville.

i enjoyed Maria throughout the short time that i got to spend with her. She was always happy and a pleasure to be around. While i worked with her at Summerville she was always more than pleased to give me a hug when i asked for one. I will miss her dearly.

Welcome to Maria's Guest Book. Please add your messages here, your memories, and we will gradually share more of Maria with you to see.
Dwight misses her greatly. He thought her to be lovely to look at, fun to travel with, and a joy to share life with.
